Founded in 1999 and still headquartered in Corona, California, aFe builds in-house across two facilities totalling 164,000 square feet — filters, intakes, exhaust, headers, intercoolers and torque converters are made on site, with CNC machining, mandrel tube bending and dyno testing under the same roof. aFe Filter GUARD Pre-Filters protect your performance air filter and extends your filter cleaning intervals by removing large particles from the air stream prior to the air filter. This pre-filter does not restrict air flow and is made of a dry weave fabric that does not attract dirt and cleans with soap and water.
