Advanced FLOW Engineering (aFe Power) designs and manufactures performance air, exhaust and power-management systems for trucks, SUVs and sport compacts, with a particular strength in diesel truck performance. Founded in 1999 and still headquartered in Corona, California, aFe builds in-house across two facilities totalling 164,000 square feet — filters, intakes, exhaust, headers, intercoolers and torque converters are made on site, with CNC machining, mandrel tube bending and dyno testing under the same roof. The catalogue spans cold air intakes, direct-fit and racing air filters, cat-back and axle-back exhaust, intercoolers, turbochargers, electronic programmers, diesel fuel systems and throttle body spacers, across more than 2,500 applications. Recognisable product families include Pro 5R, Pro Dry S and Pro Guard 7 filter media, Takeda for sport compact intakes and exhaust, BladeRunner intercoolers and manifolds, Scorcher programmers, Aries powersports filtration, and aFe Control for suspension and chassis.

Utilizes the factory mounting locations for a hassle-free installation. Includes high quality stainless steel clamps and heavy-duty 5-Ply polyester reinforced couplings for strength and durability. This intercooler tube kit come with two billet aluminum factory style quick-connect adaptors that interface with the factory intercooler to ensure a perfect seal. aFe POWER intercooler tubes are constructed from 2-1/2" (Hot Side) and 3" (Cold Side) mandrel-bent aluminum tubing for maximum flow then, powder-coated for a nice finish. The high-temp textured-red powder-coating also insulates the tubes from engine heat and protects the tube from corrosion. The smooth transition bends decrease turbulence, minimize pressure loss, while increasing horsepower and torque.  Also included is one 1/8" NPT port on each tube which is provided for a sensor or water-methanol injection. A unique laser-cut aFe Power logo plate is welded-on for an aggressive style.
