aFe POWER Twisted Steel Long Tube Headers are engineered to maximize exhaust flow for increased horsepower, torque, and improved throttle response. Constructed from mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing, these headers provide exceptional strength, durability, and corrosion resistance for long-lasting performance. The optimized unequal-length tube design enhances exhaust scavenging while creating the iconic boxer rumble. Formed collectors reduce turbulence and improve exhaust velocity, while factory-style laser-cut flanges provide a secure, leak-free seal. Featuring 100% TIG-welded construction, the Twisted Steel Headers are designed for a direct-fit installation using factory exhaust locations with no cutting or modifications required—proudly engineered and manufactured in the USA.
