Founded in 1999 and still headquartered in Corona, California, aFe builds in-house across two facilities totalling 164,000 square feet — filters, intakes, exhaust, headers, intercoolers and torque converters are made on site, with CNC machining, mandrel tube bending and dyno testing under the same roof. The catalogue spans cold air intakes, direct-fit and racing air filters, cat-back and axle-back exhaust, intercoolers, turbochargers, electronic programmers, diesel fuel systems and throttle body spacers, across more than 2,500 applications. Recognisable product families include Pro 5R, Pro Dry S and Pro Guard 7 filter media, Takeda for sport compact intakes and exhaust, BladeRunner intercoolers and manifolds, Scorcher programmers, Aries powersports filtration, and aFe Control for suspension and chassis.

Constructed from 5 in. mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing for maximum flow and uses high quality band clamps and OE-style bayonet hangers. This unit uses all factory mounting locations to provide a quick, hassle-free installation. Also included is a massive 7 in. wrinkle-black powder-coated 304 stainless steel tip with laser-cut stainless steel aFe power badge. The tip features a drain port on the bottom to keep rust and corrosion away. A unique stainless steel laser-cut aFe Power logo plate is rived on for an aggressive style. High quality OE-style flange and band clamps are used for a complete 360 degree sealing surface. All aFe exhaust systems are engineered and manufactured in our Corona, California manufacturing facility.
