Advanced FLOW Engineering (aFe Power) designs and manufactures performance air, exhaust and power-management systems for trucks, SUVs and sport compacts, with a particular strength in diesel truck performance. Founded in 1999 and still headquartered in Corona, California, aFe builds in-house across two facilities totalling 164,000 square feet — filters, intakes, exhaust, headers, intercoolers and torque converters are made on site, with CNC machining, mandrel tube bending and dyno testing under the same roof. The catalogue spans cold air intakes, direct-fit and racing air filters, cat-back and axle-back exhaust, intercoolers, turbochargers, electronic programmers, diesel fuel systems and throttle body spacers, across more than 2,500 applications. Recognisable product families include Pro 5R, Pro Dry S and Pro Guard 7 filter media, Takeda for sport compact intakes and exhaust, BladeRunner intercoolers and manifolds, Scorcher programmers, Aries powersports filtration, and aFe Control for suspension and chassis.

Introducing the new aFe Power MACH Force XP dual exhaust system for the 05-09 Ford Mustang V6-4.0L. In recent testing, this system produced 12 horsepower and 16 lbs. x ft. of torque. This exhaust is constructed from 2.5in. mandrel bent, stainless steel and is MIG-welded. Dual high flow, stainless steel, single in, single out mufflers are used to maximize performance across the power band while maintaining a great tone. To finish off this exhaust aFe uses dual, laser etched, 3.5in. polished 304 stainless steel tips. Note: The V8 rear bumper cover is recommended (Ford OE Part Number 5R3Z17K835BAA). The use of the OE V6 bumper cover requires cutting and should be performed by a skilled technician.
