Advanced FLOW Engineering (aFe Power) designs and manufactures performance air, exhaust and power-management systems for trucks, SUVs and sport compacts, with a particular strength in diesel truck performance. Founded in 1999 and still headquartered in Corona, California, aFe builds in-house across two facilities totalling 164,000 square feet — filters, intakes, exhaust, headers, intercoolers and torque converters are made on site, with CNC machining, mandrel tube bending and dyno testing under the same roof. The catalogue spans cold air intakes, direct-fit and racing air filters, cat-back and axle-back exhaust, intercoolers, turbochargers, electronic programmers, diesel fuel systems and throttle body spacers, across more than 2,500 applications. Recognisable product families include Pro 5R, Pro Dry S and Pro Guard 7 filter media, Takeda for sport compact intakes and exhaust, BladeRunner intercoolers and manifolds, Scorcher programmers, Aries powersports filtration, and aFe Control for suspension and chassis.

Momentum’s unique filter-to-housing interface was built to feature the largest air filter possible. This 9” tall, pre-oiled 360-degree radial flow air filter features a 5-1/2” flange and our pre-oiled Pro 10R media with ten layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum performance and filtration. Its inverted top and large surface area provide much longer life between maintenance intervals, while reinforced metal provides maximum strength to prevent filter collapse. This media is best suited for off-road applications. Momentum’s innovative filter-to-housing interface was built to feature the largest air filter possible. Once the system is installed, the air filter can be easily removed from the housing for maintenance by only uninstalling the intake tube. The smooth one-piece sealed housing, constructed of heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), features our patented (US PAT 9440175) filter-to-housing interface. Its innovative design minimizes the total number of parts, making for an easy installation. A large, clear sight window allows for hassle-free filter inspection, without having to disassemble your system. The housing incorporates factory air scoop inlets, using no additional hardware, and features an optional auxiliary air inlet that pulls in additional air. This system features a high quality, computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. Its XLPE material is heat soak resistant and extremely durable. Stainless-steel T-bolt clamps and a silicone reinforced coupling are used for strength and durability. Momentum HD intakes are designed with fewer parts for a fast and easy installation.
