Advanced FLOW Engineering (aFe Power) designs and manufactures performance air, exhaust and power-management systems for trucks, SUVs and sport compacts, with a particular strength in diesel truck performance. Founded in 1999 and still headquartered in Corona, California, aFe builds in-house across two facilities totalling 164,000 square feet — filters, intakes, exhaust, headers, intercoolers and torque converters are made on site, with CNC machining, mandrel tube bending and dyno testing under the same roof. The catalogue spans cold air intakes, direct-fit and racing air filters, cat-back and axle-back exhaust, intercoolers, turbochargers, electronic programmers, diesel fuel systems and throttle body spacers, across more than 2,500 applications. Recognisable product families include Pro 5R, Pro Dry S and Pro Guard 7 filter media, Takeda for sport compact intakes and exhaust, BladeRunner intercoolers and manifolds, Scorcher programmers, Aries powersports filtration, and aFe Control for suspension and chassis.

This sealed intake system utilizes pre-oiled, large 7" tall radial flow performance air filters with 5-layers of progressive finer mesh cotton media providing maximum airflow and performance. Also included is a Magnum SHIELD Pre-filters to protect your performance air filter from water splash or heavy rainstorms. Dual Mandrel-bent Wrinkle-black Powder-coated aluminum intake tubes are designed with an H-pipe to balance intake tube pressure and maximizes airflow and velocity. aFe developed this wrin kle-black powder-coated aluminum heat shield to snap onto the top of the lower half of the factory air box to provide a hassle-free installation utilizing factory mounting locations. An aluminum cover is used to finish off this intake and add a sense of style to your engine bay.
