Advanced FLOW Engineering (aFe Power) designs and manufactures performance air, exhaust and power-management systems for trucks, SUVs and sport compacts, with a particular strength in diesel truck performance. Founded in 1999 and still headquartered in Corona, California, aFe builds in-house across two facilities totalling 164,000 square feet — filters, intakes, exhaust, headers, intercoolers and torque converters are made on site, with CNC machining, mandrel tube bending and dyno testing under the same roof. Dynamic Air Scoops lower air intake temperatures by forcing more cool air from the front grilles into the factory intake tract. These scoops are constructed from 100% twill weave carbon fiber (no fiberglass) for lightweight, heat protection, and good looks. They feature a gloss finish on the exterior and a matte finish inside. They are precisely designed and manufactured to snap directly into the factory inlet ducts and mount onto the vehicle's V-support brace. No additional hardware is required for a hassle-free installation.
