Our Special on Baer Brakes Performance Products!

This listing is for Baer Brakes 13" Classic Front Brake Kit Red For 71-76 GM Full Size Passenger Car

Part Number 4301677R

Baer engineers and manufactures high-performance brake systems in Phoenix, Arizona, for owners who need their vehicle to stop as convincingly as it accelerates. The range covers complete big brake conversion kits, upgraded rotors, multi-piston calipers, brake lines and hardware for muscle cars, trucks, hot rods and modern performance vehicles. Baer kits are engineered as matched systems — rotor, caliper, pad and bracket developed together and supplied with the hardware needed for a proper installation, rather than assembled from mismatched parts. The result is shorter stops, far better resistance to fade under repeated hard use, and a finished look that stands up to scrutiny behind an open wheel.

This system features the "Original" Baer 2-piston, pad guided caliper (PGC) mounted to a 13", 1-piece slot, drill, zinc plated integral hub rotor. The PGC caliper comes in a red powder coated finish with a black logo, includes dust/weather seal's and uses the popular D412 pad type. The system includes spindles (not installed), premium bearings with races pre-installed, dust caps, mounting brackets, stainless braided hoses and all necessary hardware making for an easy assembly. The 13" "Classic" system fits most 17" or larger wheels. Because of the abundance of wheel companies and styles, it is impossible for Baer to guarantee fit of their brake systems into a specific wheel style and/or manufacturer. To verify fitment, we recommend using the template specific to the system you are interested in and compare it to the wheel of choice.
