Then, every product is fixture-welded to maintain consistent quality. Workers bead-blast parts and then powder-coat them using BMR's in-house powder-coating line. Finished parts are then assembled and packaged in the assembly department. By manufacturing every product in house, BMR can control the quality at every stage of the manufacturing process.

These ?voids?, coupled with soft material produce excessive differential movement during normal and aggressive driving. BMR's Differential Bushing Lockout kit installs over the OE rubber bushing, nearly eliminating differential movement by filling the space between the bolt and bushing cup. This eliminates almost all differential movement, reducing wheelhop and increasing traction, while giving you a much-improved overall feel in any performance driving situation.
