Then, every product is fixture-welded to maintain consistent quality. Workers bead-blast parts and then powder-coat them using BMR's in-house powder-coating line. Finished parts are then assembled and packaged in the assembly department. By manufacturing every product in house, BMR can control the quality at every stage of the manufacturing process.

These ?voids?, coupled with soft material produce excessive differential movement during normal and aggressive driving. These bushings are CNC-machined from Delrin, which is known for its high stiffness, low friction and excellent dimensional stability. This material eliminates deflection with only moderate increases in NVH. Each bushing is machined to exact tolerances, which are designed by BMR. Designed for max effort street performance, drag race, and handling applications, BMR Suspension BK048 Delrin Cradle Bushings are the perfect wheelhop solution for any S550 Mustang where NVH is not a concern. BMR's Delrin cradle bushings replace the entire OE rubber bushing, eliminating differential movement by replacing the soft rubber OE bushings with solid two-piece Delrin bushings. These bushings remove all movement between the rear cradle and chassis, eliminating the deflection that occurs during acceleration, cornering, and braking. This reduces wheelhop and increases handling stability, while giving you a much-improved overall feel in any performance driving situation. BMR Suspension's BK048 Differential Bushing Kit is available in black with zinc-coated hardware. Installation time is about 3-4 hours and may vary depending on stock bushing removal technique.
