Then, every product is fixture-welded to maintain consistent quality. Workers bead-blast parts and then powder-coat them using BMR's in-house powder-coating line. Finished parts are then assembled and packaged in the assembly department. By manufacturing every product in house, BMR can control the quality at every stage of the manufacturing process.

However, factory transmission mounts often do little to minimize transmission deflection, resulting in lackluster throttle response, slower reaction times, and less accurate shifts in cars with manual transmission.
