Our Special on Flowmaster Performance Products!
This listing is for Flowmaster 3in American Thunder SS Crossmember-Back Exhaust Fits 68-72 GM A-Body
Part Number 817200
Flowmaster built its reputation on a single idea: an exhaust system should deliver real performance gains and a sound the driver actually wants to hear. The company's patented Delta Flow technology uses precisely angled internal chambers to scavenge exhaust gases and cancel unwanted frequencies, producing the deep, aggressive tone Flowmaster is known for without the drone that spoils a long drive. The range spans the well-known Super 40, 40, Super 50 and 10 Series mufflers through to complete mandrel-bent cat-back systems, headers and mufflers built for trucks, muscle cars and daily drivers alike. Every system is designed and tested in the United States and built from aluminized or stainless steel for a long service life.
This Crossmember-Back American Thunder system is custom designed for high horsepower and large cubic inch engines in 1968-1972 GM A-Bodies with a V8 engine. It's a true-dual exhaust system featuring all mandrel-bent 3.00-inch stainless steel tubing with a built-in H-pipe crossover assembly flowing into a pair of large cased Super 40 Series performance mufflers for maximum power and a deep powerful aggressive exhaust note. The large 3.00-inch mandrel-bent tailpipes are custom bent to tuck up high above the rear end and exit with a slight turn down under the rear bumper. The system is constructed from 409 stainless steel for maximum durability, includes all necessary hardware and hangers for installation and is covered by our Lifetime Limited Warranty. This system is also available in Aluminized steel and comes with a 3-year Limited Warranty, check out part# 17200.**** International Customers Welcome ****
